Refunds & Exchanges

At Siluets.com, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 14-day return and exchange window on eligible items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and quality approval at our warehouse.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must arrive at our warehouse in the following condition:

Unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Returned in original packaging.

Free of scents, deodorant, makeup, or marks.

Tried on over underwear, for hygiene reasons.
Any garment returned worn, soiled, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. No exceptions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
If a defect is confirmed, Siluets.com will cover the return shipping cost or offer an appropriate solution.
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 7–14 business days from the time your return is received for processing.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale items are always indicated on their product page and again during checkout.
Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
